To provide a comprehensive Emergency Management program which coordinates people and resources to protect lives, property and the environment within Craighead County by using an all-hazards approach of mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery for disasters and emergencies.

In the event of a local disaster, open range fire, house fire, industrial or commercial building fire, please notify emergency officials by dialing 9-1-1 immediately.

In the event of a crime in progress, criminal complaints, or traffic accident involving personal injury or collateral damage, please dial 9-1-1 immediately.
